3.趣味操練 (Practice)

(1)游戲

玩Let's play中的游戲“擊鼓傳花”。首先，將全班學(xué)生分為兩大組。有節(jié)奏地敲擊小鼓，兩組學(xué)生同時開始傳花，當老師的鼓聲停止時，兩組各有一名學(xué)生拿到花，這時，拿到花的學(xué)生就說Hello, I'm …/Hi, I'm …(這個游戲也可用放音樂來代替擊鼓，學(xué)生可待音樂停止時起立做自我介紹。)

提示學(xué)生發(fā)音，引導(dǎo)學(xué)生區(qū)分正確、錯誤的發(fā)音。特別是I'm的發(fā)音，應(yīng)為[aim]不能讀成[em]或[ai]。根據(jù)學(xué)生情況，逐步在以后的課時中感受語音，感受發(fā)音。

另外，此次練習(xí)中，若學(xué)生已有英文名字，即可使用，若沒有英文名字可先用中文名字代替。若班級學(xué)生人數(shù)不多，可在此為學(xué)生起英文名字。

(2)讓學(xué)生自己說說所學(xué)用語的使用環(huán)境，并讓學(xué)生自己擬定一個使用所學(xué)用語的場所。結(jié)合圖片，進一步鞏固情景。

為學(xué)生出示情景圖，讓他們自己說說，在此情景中該說些什么?

清晨，兩個小朋友在校門口相遇，猜猜看，他們說了些什么?

上課了，老師帶一名新同學(xué)進教室。新生Lily該怎樣做自我介紹?

4.課堂評價 (Assessment)

做活動手冊第一單元的第一部分練習(xí)。由于學(xué)生剛剛接觸英語，而且是第一次做活動手冊，教師要進行全面、細致的指導(dǎo)。

(1)教師與學(xué)生討論本單元獲獎的小花數(shù)量，由于是第一單元，起點可以稍微低點，盡量讓每個學(xué)生都得到棕熊或小松鼠的小貼紙為獎勵。

(2)讓學(xué)生看書上的圖，才圖中人物，想他們在說什么。

(3)教師講解題目要求并指導(dǎo)做的方法。建議教師提醒學(xué)生注意題目要求標記的識別，以便今后遇到相同問題時學(xué)生能獨立完成。

(4)讓學(xué)生聽錄音做練習(xí)。

(5)再次播放錄音， 在教師的指導(dǎo)下讓學(xué)生一句一句地跟讀并相互核對答案，最后通過給小花涂色進行自我評價。

5.擴展性活動(Add-activities)

(1)將制作面具的材料發(fā)給學(xué)生。教學(xué)生如何給面具涂色，將面具剪下并粘在小木棍上。

(2)學(xué)生帶上面具，互相打招呼并介紹自己，復(fù)習(xí)本課所學(xué)知識。

(3)提示學(xué)生，注意保留面具，以后教學(xué)活動中會用到這些面具。

第一，考察自我介紹內(nèi)容和簡歷內(nèi)容是否沖突。如果簡歷是真實的,口述的自我介紹當然不會有明顯出入。反之,自我介紹一般會漏出馬腳。

第二，考察同學(xué)們的邏輯思維能力、語言表達能力和總結(jié)提煉概括的能力。

第三，考察同學(xué)們是否簡練和精干,了解同學(xué)們的現(xiàn)場感知能力和把控能力。

第四，考察同學(xué)們初步的自我認知能力和價值取向。

第五，考察同學(xué)們是否聽明白了面試官的話以及時間的掌控能力。有時面試官給出的問題是“請您用一到三分鐘做一個自我介紹”,但被面試者有時一開口就滔滔不絕，停不下來，最后被面試官提醒注意時間。

第六，很多面試官比較忙，可能來不及看簡歷，就會讓我們直接進行自我介紹。在這段時間里，面試官會一邊聽自我介紹，一邊看簡歷，了解我們的情況。

了解了自我介紹的重要意義，同學(xué)們就該知道，自我介紹并不是簡單地背誦簡歷中的內(nèi)容，而要有意識地體現(xiàn)出以上六個方面，在短短的幾分鐘內(nèi)，讓面試官看到你的相關(guān)素質(zhì)和能力。

在面試之前，同學(xué)們就要對自我介紹的內(nèi)容做一下適當篩選，因為這一環(huán)節(jié)后的`很多問題都將會圍繞你的自我介紹提出，同學(xué)們可以參考以下要點完善自己的自我介紹。

1、掌握時間。

一般面試官都會規(guī)定時間，既不能超時太長,也不能過于簡短。如果沒有明確說明，同學(xué)們可以把時間控制在一至三分鐘之間。

2、突出重點。

姓名、工作經(jīng)歷和工作時間等履歷應(yīng)該一下帶過，把時間放在簡歷上沒有的內(nèi)容上。同學(xué)們可以選擇三個重點來介紹自己,盡量把自己不大明顯但重要的技能“推而廣之”。

3、圍繞職位。

4、鋪排次序。

內(nèi)容的先后次序也很重要，是否能緊握面試官的注意力，全在于內(nèi)容的的編排方式。所以排在第一位的，應(yīng)該是我們最想要面試官記得的事情，這些一般都是你最得意之作。如果可以呈上一些有關(guān)的作品或記錄還增加印象分。

5、身體語言。

面試中，身體語言也能體現(xiàn)出面試者的一些潛在素質(zhì)，例如是否自信、禮儀是否恰當?shù)?。在自我介紹中我們必須留意自己在各方面的表現(xiàn)，尤其是聲線。切忌以背誦朗讀的口吻介紹自己。最好事前找些朋友作為練習(xí)對象，盡量讓聲線聽來流暢自然，充滿自信。

6、禮貌應(yīng)答。

二、學(xué)習(xí)英語的方法

在此，我首先把英語書的各個部分以及要求說明一下。習(xí)英語離不開聽說讀寫四個方面。聽，上課聽老師，回家聽錄音。每次作業(yè)我基本上都會布置聽錄音跟讀的任務(wù)，也要求各位家長簽字，請大家積極配合。英語課一個星期才3節(jié)，光靠上課的時間是遠遠不夠的，我們英語老師每個人5個班，想要每個學(xué)生去檢查去督促顯然是不可能的，所以還請各位家長在家里積極配合。說，在小學(xué)階段還是有一定的難度的。所以小學(xué)階段主要強調(diào)背誦，背的多了，英語自然會脫口而出的。我布置背誦的作業(yè)，也請家長在家里積極配合，我在課堂上也會進行全班背誦、分組背誦以及個別背誦的方式檢查。讀，在小學(xué)階段我認為是最重要的。多聽多讀，英語才能學(xué)好。每天不管有沒有英語課，都應(yīng)該讓自己的子女堅持每天讀15至30分鐘的英語。寫，課本里要求書寫的單詞句子要掌握。

三、存在的問題
