(1)先給學(xué)生播放卡通片，了解所學(xué)語(yǔ)言運(yùn)用的環(huán)境。內(nèi)容為“迪士尼英語(yǔ)”中第一課的片段(Magic English----Hello)學(xué)生在他們喜愛的卡通節(jié)目中了解、學(xué)習(xí)打招呼用語(yǔ)Hello./Hi ，邊看卡通邊說英語(yǔ)。學(xué)習(xí)語(yǔ)言的同時(shí)，了解語(yǔ)言所用的環(huán)境，興趣與語(yǔ)境同時(shí)創(chuàng)設(shè)，學(xué)習(xí)與興趣同時(shí)存在。[本部分內(nèi)容根據(jù)各校情況可自行改變，用圖片來代替，或直接進(jìn)入下一環(huán)節(jié)。]

(2)通過看卡通片告訴學(xué)生“卡通”一詞的發(fā)音是由英語(yǔ)單詞Cartoon一詞的發(fā)音直接翻譯過來的。在現(xiàn)實(shí)生活中，我們還有許多的類似之處，有時(shí)我們甚至直接用英語(yǔ)的單詞來代表某物如CD, VCD, DVD等等。

3.趣味操練 (Practice)

(1)游戲

玩Let's play中的游戲“擊鼓傳花”。首先，將全班學(xué)生分為兩大組。有節(jié)奏地敲擊小鼓，兩組學(xué)生同時(shí)開始傳花，當(dāng)老師的鼓聲停止時(shí)，兩組各有一名學(xué)生拿到花，這時(shí)，拿到花的學(xué)生就說Hello, I'm …/Hi, I'm …(這個(gè)游戲也可用放音樂來代替擊鼓，學(xué)生可待音樂停止時(shí)起立做自我介紹。)

4.課堂評(píng)價(jià) (Assessment)

做活動(dòng)手冊(cè)第一單元的第一部分練習(xí)。由于學(xué)生剛剛接觸英語(yǔ)，而且是第一次做活動(dòng)手冊(cè)，教師要進(jìn)行全面、細(xì)致的指導(dǎo)。

(1)教師與學(xué)生討論本單元獲獎(jiǎng)的小花數(shù)量，由于是第一單元，起點(diǎn)可以稍微低點(diǎn)，盡量讓每個(gè)學(xué)生都得到棕熊或小松鼠的小貼紙為獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)。

要做好自我介紹，我們首先要知道，面試官到底想通過自我介紹了解什么，有針對(duì)性地去準(zhǔn)備，成功幾率才會(huì)更大。

第一，考察自我介紹內(nèi)容和簡(jiǎn)歷內(nèi)容是否沖突。如果簡(jiǎn)歷是真實(shí)的,口述的自我介紹當(dāng)然不會(huì)有明顯出入。反之,自我介紹一般會(huì)漏出馬腳。

第二，考察同學(xué)們的邏輯思維能力、語(yǔ)言表達(dá)能力和總結(jié)提煉概括的能力。

第三，考察同學(xué)們是否簡(jiǎn)練和精干,了解同學(xué)們的現(xiàn)場(chǎng)感知能力和把控能力。

第四，考察同學(xué)們初步的自我認(rèn)知能力和價(jià)值取向。

第五，考察同學(xué)們是否聽明白了面試官的話以及時(shí)間的掌控能力。有時(shí)面試官給出的問題是“請(qǐng)您用一到三分鐘做一個(gè)自我介紹”,但被面試者有時(shí)一開口就滔滔不絕，停不下來，最后被面試官提醒注意時(shí)間。

2、突出重點(diǎn)。

打CC是每一個(gè)獵頭的入門必經(jīng)過程，也是獵頭顧問的基本功，無論是新人還是資深獵頭都要保持一個(gè)打CC的習(xí)慣，以保證工作效率。打CC，“CC”全稱cold call，直譯為冷電話，意思就是給不認(rèn)識(shí)卻有可能是我們潛在客戶的人打電話。很多獵頭公司都有自己龐大而數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)，但打CC作為一種傳統(tǒng)的獲取信息的渠道依舊有著它不可取代的優(yōu)勢(shì)。那么，我們作為獵頭，因該注意哪些技巧，才能打好這個(gè)CC呢？

1、要有一個(gè)自信而放松的良好心態(tài)

新人打CC難免會(huì)緊張，誠(chéng)惶誠(chéng)恐的，打之前總是會(huì)不斷的去擔(dān)心各種被拒絕的情景，自己又該怎么應(yīng)對(duì)，有些新人因?yàn)槟懬?，一點(diǎn)拒絕就容易放棄也會(huì)增加后期的心理負(fù)擔(dān)。其實(shí)都只是自己在給自己設(shè)障礙，懷著一種無畏的心態(tài)去打這個(gè)電話。在拒絕之后學(xué)會(huì)總結(jié)，很多時(shí)候，一家公司需要間斷打3-5個(gè)電話才會(huì)獲得候選人的資料，因此也需要做好這樣的心理準(zhǔn)備。

2、打電話之前做好準(zhǔn)備工作

前期信息的收集對(duì)增加成功率非常有幫助，打CC之前一定要了解目標(biāo)公司的概況，相關(guān)行業(yè)信息，很多時(shí)候要獲得候選人的信息都會(huì)經(jīng)過前臺(tái)，也有新人會(huì)選擇直接繞過前臺(tái)打去目標(biāo)部門，無論哪種情況，怎樣通過這個(gè)中間橋梁到達(dá)候選人那些，需要提前想好各種理由及應(yīng)對(duì)方法。我們可以去扮演不同角色，但一旦要融于這個(gè)角色，若是你自己都不相信，那你還指望人家會(huì)相信你嗎？找到目標(biāo)候選人之后，我們也要想好怎樣去想候選人去推薦這個(gè)職位，想他會(huì)提什么樣的問題，向若是遭到拒絕了該怎樣去說去做。

3、在電話接通之后

now i will introduce myself briefly,i am 21 years old,born in heilongjiang province ,northeast of china,and i am curruently a senior student at beijing XX uni.my major is packaging engineering.and i will receive my bachelor degree after my graduation in june.in the past 4 years,i spend most of my time on study,i have passed CET4/6 with a ease.

and i have acquired basic knowledge of packaging and publishing both in theory and in practice. besides, i have attend several packaging exhibition hold in Beijing, this is our advantage study here, i have taken a tour to some big factory and company. through these i have a deeply understanding of domestic packaging industry.

compared to developed countries such as us, unfortunately, although we have made extraordinary progress since 1978,our packaging industry are still underdeveloped, mess, unstable, the situation of employees in this field are awkard. but i have full confidence in a bright future if only our economy can keep the growth pace still. i guess you maybe interested in the reason itch to law, and what is my plan during graduate study life, i would like to tell you that pursue law is one of my lifelong goal,i like my major packaging and i won"t give up,if i can pursue my master degree here i will combine law with my former education.
