1、時間緊、任務重。托?？谡Z的答案準備時間只有15-30秒，答題只有45/60秒。如果，沒有接受過正規(guī)的訓練，考生在考場上必將不知所措的、語無倫次。

2、要迅速呈現(xiàn)“完整的答案”，這也就要求考生的答案“濃縮精華”。沒接受過“答案構(gòu)思訓練”，“濃縮精華”也是難以做到的。

原因有二、

1、缺乏口語練習，導致考生在答題時表現(xiàn)得不自信。

2、性格過于內(nèi)斂，導致考生在答題時表現(xiàn)得不夠張揚?？紙錾媳憩F(xiàn)得不夠自信和大方不是形式上的問題，而是本質(zhì)問題，因為這樣以來，考生答題的音量就會小、發(fā)音就會模糊、分數(shù)也就不可能高。

建議：

1、“信心來自實力，實力來自練習”。

2、不論你在平常的性格如何，在考場內(nèi)答題時，你必須表現(xiàn)得開朗、自信、大方。

總體來講：英語語音不準確、語調(diào)無起伏、語言不流利、結(jié)結(jié)巴巴。

建議：

1、了解語音語調(diào)方面的知識(適當了解，而不要花太多精力在這方面)，提前發(fā)現(xiàn)并糾正自己的語音語調(diào)錯誤

2、每天堅持大聲、清晰、準確地朗讀一段80-120字的英文段子。

但iBT Speaking與TSE有著很大的差異。iBT Speaking包括6個題目，其中1、2道為獨立回答題。另外第3、4道要求考生先閱讀一段文字，然后再聽一段與閱讀文字在內(nèi)容上相關的聽力材料，最后考生按照要求回答相關問題。它們分別是情景題和學術(shù)題。最后的5、6道以聽力材料為基礎，要求考生回答相關問題。

首先，考生掌控時間能力的強弱對這個部分成績的高低有著直接影響。前兩道題的準備時間為15秒，回答時間是45秒;3、4題的準備時間是30秒，回答時間則是60秒;最后兩道題目的準備時間是20秒，回答時間為60秒。大部分考生都反映口語部分的準備時間利用效率低、做答倉促。如第1、2中的題目屬于日常話題，這兩道題本身難度比較小，所以特別需要注意的就是時間的分配問題，在這45秒鐘里，一般用5～6秒完成topic sentence, 接下來的40秒應以每一個detail或者example不超過3～4句話的規(guī)律完成該話題，也就是說大致20秒完成一個detail或example的表述。如果考生能在考前進行充分的準備，鍛煉自己的口語思維，積累常用的details或examples，考試時就會從容許多。

其次，考生要對6道題目的評分標準和題目本身的要求有具體的認識，并根據(jù)自己的基礎在考前針對iBT Speaking的6種類型做集中訓練。

關于評分標準，OG (Official Guide官方指南) 上都有詳細的說明，ETS以下列3點作為自己的評分準則：

1. Delivery: How clear your speech is. Good responses are those in which the speech is fluid and clear, with good pronunciation, natural pacing, and natural-sounding intonation patterns.

2. Language Use: How effectively you use grammar and vocabulary to convey your ideas. Raters will be looking to see how well you can control both basic and more complex language structures and use appropriate vocabulary.

3. Topic Development: How fully you answer the question and how coherently you present your ideas. Good responses generally use all or most of the time allotted, and the relationship between ideas and the progression from one idea to the next is clear and easy to follow.

總結(jié)下來，即考生必須盡量做到使自己的語言流暢、清晰、易懂，并且能夠熟練使用口語詞匯。其中“流暢”要求考生要以較流暢的語速表述自己的觀點，其實也是提醒考生必須有效利用時間。通常內(nèi)容越豐富、信息量越大，越容易得高分。而清晰、易懂不僅要求考生的語音、語調(diào)應當盡量符合native speakers的習慣，更重要的是要求考生應恰當使用詞匯、句型并且話語的層次應盡量清楚明了、過渡自然。

Independent task 1是Free Choice題，要求考生就某一常規(guī)話題用英語做45秒鐘的陳述。考生對于這道題的準備應主要集中在people、place、object、event (人、地、物、事)這幾個大方面。建議考生扎實準備OG、Longman 綜合教程以及口語特訓等教材上的題目，雖然在考試時直接考到它們的幾率并不大，但是在復習過程中準備過的具體內(nèi)容在考場上的作用卻非常大。比如 “Describe the place you live in”與“Which city do you travel to most”、“Who is the person you admire most”與“Whom would you choose to visit for one hour”就可以相互借用大部分內(nèi)容。

Independent task 2是Paired Choice題，也就是要求考生在提供的兩個選擇中選擇自己喜歡的一個，并用details和examples支持自己的觀點。如“ If you could choose to live in the city or live in the country areas, which lifestyle would you prefer and why”，考生需要做的是迅速確定自己的立場，其余的按照 Free Choice的準備就可以了，同時比Free Choice更好的表述是考生可以采用“抨擊”另一種觀點的方式來準備details，如考生可以陳述live in the city的不好來表達自己的觀點——I prefer to live in the country。但是，本題在某些時候以“Do you agree or disagree”或者“compare and contrast”的形式出現(xiàn)，對于后者而言，考生不必表明自己的觀點，只要陳述出兩種選擇的可比之處并加以詮釋就可以了。

第3～6題主要考查考生對于題目的認知程度，并依據(jù)reading和listening部分做好的notes進行有條理的、清晰的復述，或者加上自己的觀點。對于考生來說，一定要充分理解題目，熟悉考題要求，充分理解它們分別要求自己做什么事情。首先，ETS 明確3、4題都不允許有任何的personal view，因此不允許出現(xiàn)“I think (I believe, I presume, I consider...)”或“As far as I’m concerned...”、“In my opinion...”之類的表達方式。而第5、6題則可根據(jù)具體要求加入考生的個人觀點。

第3題要求考生在45秒之內(nèi)讀完一則notice或者 announcement，然后聽一段對話或者monologue(獨白)，在聽力材料中，說話者將就閱讀材料里提到的決定發(fā)表看法。而題目通常都是要求考生對于說話者的觀點進行陳述，并且要求考生復述出他或她 (們)在表達自己觀點時談及的原因。所以看清楚題目要求自己復述的是一個人還是兩個人的觀點也非常重要。

第4題是關于學術(shù)講座的復述。這個部分要求考生在45秒之內(nèi)閱讀一段學術(shù)內(nèi)容的文章，然后聽一段教授的講座，需要注意的是教授的講座可能是針對閱讀材料中的某一個細節(jié)進行發(fā)散性的詳細講解。這個環(huán)節(jié)的題目要求是客觀陳述教授是怎樣以examples和details來闡釋reading中出現(xiàn)的某個術(shù)語。因此在做reading notes時要爭取記下提到的術(shù)語的定義或者對某科學現(xiàn)象的分類和發(fā)展階段等重要信息;而在做listening notes時則要對教授的舉例和分類做重點記錄，同時在問題出現(xiàn)后要抓緊30秒鐘時間對reading和listening notes進行合理組織，建議考生抓緊時間標記出topic sentence的key words和supporting details，并將它們編號，幫助自己理清陳述的思路。第6題的處理方式與本題較為相似。

第5題是“problem-solution”題型，考生只要根據(jù)listening notes陳述清楚對話中的第一位說話者的problem以及第二位說話者提供的solution(s)，其次根據(jù)Paired Choice的模式表明自己的立場以及原因就可以了。

口語自我介紹(篇8)

其實口語就是交流，總說些平時說不到的東西和詞匯的話，總會給考官一種應試的感覺，往往拿不到高分，最多也就是6.5分左右。但是也不能抓著哪個詞很用，那就又出現(xiàn)了用詞貧乏的弊端。

考試的時候，考官最想聽到的是你個人的獨到見解，所以盡量說你的感受，就用主語“I”就足夠了。一般來說，你自己只能代表你個人的觀點，所以說到他人的想法的時候，要注意用詞。

這個看似簡單，但是對于中國考生來說，在相當程度上是一個很大的問題。所以建議考生，如果真的怕把性別“he”或“she”說顛倒的話，就練習下平時說男的多，還是說女的多，要是平時就總是說“he”的話，那考試的時候就把你準備的涉及到人物的資料，都盡量用“he”來表達就可以了。

對于老外來講，基本都是直來直去的，他們不喜歡拐彎抹角。所以期望考生能在前2句話里，做到很到位的點題，也就是平時說的中心句或者論點。這對于口語考試第2部分尤其重要，不要刷小聰明，想給考官一點猜測的空間，但是考官是吃這碗飯的，所以還是誠懇點的好。

這里說的分點是分層次去表達，千萬不要想到什么說什么，特別是第3部分的深入討論部分。想要做到分層討論，就需要考生具備一定的生活和社會常識性問題的了解，只有這樣才能很好的避免說著說著沒話可說的窘境。

二、高職生職業(yè)生涯規(guī)劃現(xiàn)狀

大部分高職學生進入學校以后，對自己將來想干什么、能干什么、怎么干沒有很好的規(guī)劃。勞動和社會保障部勞動科學研究所曾發(fā)布的一份調(diào)查結(jié)果顯示，45%的大學生在職業(yè)生涯規(guī)劃方面的投資為零。在一次對北京人文經(jīng)濟類重點大學的205位大學生的調(diào)查中顯示，對自己將來如何進一步晉升、發(fā)展沒有規(guī)劃的占62。2%，有規(guī)劃的占32。8%。另據(jù)有關調(diào)查表明：我國大學生中僅有12%的人了解自己的個性、興趣和能力;18%的人清楚自己職業(yè)發(fā)展面臨的優(yōu)勢和劣勢，16%的人清楚知道自己喜歡和不喜歡的職業(yè)是什么。目前，高職生自我職業(yè)生涯規(guī)劃主要存在以下問題：

(三)職業(yè)生涯規(guī)劃意識缺乏。在校高職生缺乏職業(yè)生涯規(guī)劃意識的現(xiàn)象比較普遍，根據(jù)網(wǎng)易問卷調(diào)查“你是否對自己的職業(yè)生涯有過規(guī)劃”，回答“有規(guī)劃”的只占被調(diào)查者的20%。目前，江蘇省大多數(shù)高職院校都開有就業(yè)指導課，江蘇省高校畢業(yè)生就業(yè)網(wǎng)上設計了大學生職業(yè)規(guī)劃系統(tǒng)，可以測評學生的職業(yè)興趣、職業(yè)能力、行為風格、職業(yè)價值觀、個性特征等。應該說經(jīng)過這樣的學習實踐后，高職生對自己的職業(yè)生涯應有很好的規(guī)劃，使自己提前熟悉職場和職業(yè)，有針對性地提高職位能力，為將來發(fā)展打好基礎。但事實上很多學生學的時候信心百倍，作業(yè)完成后就把它丟在腦后了，無心去實施自己的職業(yè)規(guī)劃，也就是走過場而已。

(一)大一年級為適應探索階段：主要是大學生活的適應和學習目標的確定。通過自我評估，了解自己的興趣、個性心理特征和與之相適應的職業(yè)范圍，特別是自己未來所想從事的職業(yè)或與自己所學專業(yè)對口的職業(yè)。要清楚自己是誰?自己想要做什么?自己能做什么?加深對本專業(yè)培養(yǎng)目標和專業(yè)發(fā)展方向的認知，初步確定今后的職業(yè)發(fā)展方向，擬定個人職業(yè)生涯規(guī)劃。同時要加強自我教育的能力，相應的調(diào)整自己，適應環(huán)境的需要，很好的完成高中到大學生活的過度。除了完成每學期必修課外，還要有目的地選修與就業(yè)相關的或其他專業(yè)的課程充實自己，爭取盡早通過英語、計算機等級考試。

(二)大二年級為提高拼搏階段：主要落實職業(yè)生涯規(guī)劃，以拓展職業(yè)素質(zhì)，提高自身的就業(yè)競爭力為重心。通過具體的職業(yè)心理測試，深化對自我的認識，認真評估自己的職業(yè)生涯規(guī)劃目標，進一步加深對職業(yè)的思考。根據(jù)自己的職業(yè)規(guī)劃學習專業(yè)知識，參加職業(yè)技能證書考試和相關教育培訓，提高專業(yè)技能;參加學生會或社團等組織，鍛煉自己的各種能力，并檢驗自己的知識技能;參加和專業(yè)有關的兼職工作和假期社會實踐，以提高自己的責任感、主動性和承受挫折的能力。參加就業(yè)專題講座，學習寫簡歷、求職信等求職應聘的方法和技巧，了解搜集求職信息的渠道，加入校友網(wǎng)絡，和已經(jīng)畢業(yè)的校友談話，了解往年的求職情況。

(三)大三年級為總結(jié)沖刺階段：大部分學生的目標應該鎖定在工作申請及成功就業(yè)上。首先，對大學前兩年進行評估總結(jié)，檢驗自己的職業(yè)目標是否正確，行動方向是否有偏差，根據(jù)實際情況調(diào)整職業(yè)生涯規(guī)劃;其次，重點開始求職準備，制作簡歷，參加招聘會和面試，和同學交流求職過程的心得體會，在實踐中檢驗自己的積累和準備;最后，積極利用學校提供的條件，了解當年的就業(yè)形勢、就業(yè)政策和用人公司資料信息，強化求職技巧，進行模擬面試、創(chuàng)業(yè)大賽等訓練，盡可能地在做出比較充分準備的情況下去求職。
