我第一個面試的是標準普爾的英語翻譯。那時候真叫一個糗。首先是簡歷很不professional。某只小牛隨意掃了一兩眼，指出了十多個問題（格式?jīng)]對齊，內(nèi)容太少，竟然還有語法問題，汗一個，后來改了一兩天，終于有了一份可以見人的簡歷了，那是后話。）當時我就憑著這個有語法問題的簡歷，竟然也忽悠著到標普去面試了。于是，第一次跑到國貿(mào)那邊經(jīng)歷我人生的第一次實習面試。那天時運不濟，頭天借的電子詞典晚上還有電，第二天竟然就沒了，暈死。沒辦法，我只好硬著頭皮瞎翻了。內(nèi)容倒不是很難，不過就是時間有點緊。一小時后HR收集試卷進行一對一的面試，我是倒數(shù)第2個，7—8個人的小屋子里，可以聽到前面同學的情況和問題。問題都比較類似，首先英語自我介紹，然后針對簡歷問實習的情況，對金融領域的一些提問。來面試的基本是北大和清華的，不少人都實習過，還有個MM在JPMorgan實習過。當時很是自卑呀，都沒有實習過。面我的時候，由于當時簡歷比較空，HR就問我對金融領域有那些了解。我就從金融危機講起，說比較關注銀行信用風險管理的問題，然后HR就問我是否清楚銀行信用風險管理的流程。我就答不出來了。唉，真傻，自己設了個圈套跳了進去。后來估計HR也餓了，也沒怎么問我，說等通知。于是3天后，接到了標普的`拒信，意料之中。

一面總結：

1、既然是面試英語翻譯的，其實可以在發(fā)簡歷的時候附上以前的作品，這樣比較有說服力。

2、收集自己以前相關的經(jīng)歷，后來發(fā)現(xiàn)當時可以說自己上學期做的金融工程案例，怎么當時沒有想到呢，唉，鄙視自己。

3、面試要做有針對性的準備，像我說自己感興趣的信用風險管理，那么，這方面的內(nèi)容一定要比較熟悉，不然，那就是自掘墳墓了。

接著說說我昨天的傳奇經(jīng)歷。

上午跑到三元橋那里面試了個小公司—北京中企稅務助理。由于通知安排每個面試者15分鐘的時間段，所以我到的時候，只有一個人在那里等面試，小聊了一會兒，是北大經(jīng)院的研一。后來進去面試，一個小房間，面我的是個中年男子，姓蘇。這個面試比較神奇的一點是，基本沒有問我什么專業(yè)知識問題（是不是他也覺得很多學的東西也沒什么用呢）。他首先是確定我一周能來幾天，接著簡要介紹了下公司的情況，然后問我有什么問題。那我當然不能說沒有問題了，就問了下這里的工作環(huán)境，他把主要的工作任務和我說了一下。主要是負責溝通和協(xié)調(diào)和稅務部門，業(yè)務企業(yè)之間的事務，幫助會計處理賬務的調(diào)整，核銷等工作。最后他還把在這里工作的兩條好處說了一下，一是能正真接觸一些公司的會計數(shù)據(jù)，二是能完整的進入公司一個月的會計處理流程。后來又還問我有什么問題，我當時可想問每天的工資是多少了，最后忍住了。Anyway，面試到此結束，3日內(nèi)電話答復。

就在我面完快回到學校的時候，西門子打電話讓我下午4點去面試，記下地址一查，望京竟然還是在三元門附近。郁悶呀，一天竟然要跑兩趟三元門。說起西門子，還得從3天前的電話面試說起。下午有個座機打過來，當時正在上課，忍住沒接。一小時內(nèi)，又打了一次，我只好接了，告訴對方正在上課，課后打回去。西門子的HR首先問了我實習的時間能持續(xù)多久，并告訴我這里工作很辛苦，要經(jīng)常加班，我只好說正想通過實習鍛煉自己，學習一些東西。后來她看我英語過了專八，說我英語應該很好，然后就開始用英語問我兩個問題，一是問我個人的性格如何，二是問我如何理解teamwork。我blahblahbalh說了一堆，好久沒機會說英語了，有些結巴，唉，真是對不起我的專八證了?？磥硪院笳娴囊驼{(diào)點了。說完后，HR讓我等通知，她覺的合適了會找我面試。

于是回到學校不到1個小時，我收拾了一下，又出去了，去幾乎是同一個地方。

西門子的大樓還是挺高的，進去還很是費事的，先告知門衛(wèi)你來做什么，然后由門衛(wèi)帶你到大廳登記，發(fā)了個卡片給我，等了一會，有個MM領我上電梯，帶我到一個小房間，并給我倒了杯水。隨后來了2個MM，ok，面試開始。

我自帶了一份簡歷過來，后來發(fā)現(xiàn)面我的MM人手一份，恩，不錯，省下我4毛錢。這次面試，倒沒有讓我做自我介紹。開始問了我實習的時間，后來開始問我簡歷上的社會實踐。其實都不算什么社會實踐啦，就是上學期做的一個金融工程的案例報告和一個小的網(wǎng)上銀行項目。不過，anyway，不能把0說成1，把1說成10是很有必要的，我就把我這些報告和項目的主要內(nèi)容和她們說了一下，隨后她們問我團隊成員多少人，怎么分工的，有什么收獲，遇到了什么困難，這些畢竟是自己做過的工作，大概說了一下。后來又問我這學期要不要幫老師做什么項目，我說上學期已經(jīng)做得差不多了，這學期應該沒有太多要做的?？赡苁怯X得我做的項目有些玄乎，那個比較漂亮的MM問我到底是學什么專業(yè)的，我把專業(yè)和銀行系統(tǒng)構架的東西和她扯了一下?，F(xiàn)在想想，自己對專業(yè)的理解也很是有些模糊，這個要好好加強一下，還好她們都不是很懂行的說。面到后面，針對我的個人技能，問我一天最多翻譯了多少字，統(tǒng)計軟件用得如何，比較扯的是，我把access聽成excel了。還很不謙虛的說自己算比較會用的，面我的MM很不客氣的問我，在一個100萬的塊狀圖里面，如何增加一根曲線（大意），這個我答不出來了。最后問我有什么問題，我問了和上午一樣的問題，了解到這份工作的主要責任是數(shù)據(jù)收集和整理，協(xié)助月度報告，打打雜什么的。Anyway，面試結束，等通知。

1、制定頒布青協(xié)章程。正所謂“無規(guī)矩不成方圓”。雖說青協(xié)有一套不成文的規(guī)則紀律約束成員行為，分配部門工作。但畢竟其未明確制定公布，所以，在日常工作中還是出現(xiàn)問題，如：進退協(xié)會自由，部門分工模糊。為此，一定要制定詳細章程，使青協(xié)管理更規(guī)范化、合理化。

2、協(xié)調(diào)三大服務基地工作。上學期，在青協(xié)全體成員的共同努力下，我們的服務基地由過去的一個增至如今的三個。很顯然，我們的工作量增大了，工作難度加強了。如何在有限的人員下分配好三個服務基地的工作，如何在附中附小開展服務活動，如何繼續(xù)搞好我們的老服務基地——培智學校，這都是要一一解決的。

3、加強宣傳力度。平時前輩總是教導我們這些小輩“做人要低調(diào)”。但伴隨著社會節(jié)奏越來越快，生活越來越喧囂。低調(diào)似乎已不適合這個社會。就像青協(xié)的工作確實做了不少，可卻收效甚微。每次活動，我們的志愿者是如火如荼的工作，但對于那些旁觀者而言，總有一種“讓志愿者做他們的事吧，與我無關?！钡奈兜?。志愿者的目的不僅僅是幫助他人解決困難，其最終目的是，讓這種幫助傳遞下去，讓志愿者無私奉獻的精神傳遞下去，最后達到人人互助，人人都是志愿者的和諧的社會。所以，活動前就要做好宣傳工作，與校報、社會媒體保持密聯(lián)系。讓以往只有志愿者參與的活動，做到班班可參加、系系都參與。

4、高校志愿者強強聯(lián)合。隨著中國步入國際大國的行列，中國與國際逐漸接軌，開始國與國之間強強聯(lián)合，實現(xiàn)雙贏。我認為青協(xié)也可以這樣。我們可以通過邯鄲青年志愿者協(xié)會，建立邯鄲高校大學生青年志愿者聯(lián)合協(xié)會，一旦某學校有活動，所有高校志愿者都可以去參與，這不僅使活動人員增多，還可以使活動波及的范圍擴大，使志愿者精神傳達的更廣泛，做到資源共享、彼此雙贏。如果實現(xiàn)全邯鄲高校聯(lián)合有困難，那我們至少做到河北工程大學青協(xié)聯(lián)合。因為團結就是力量。

5、創(chuàng)新老的活動。既然是創(chuàng)新老活動，肯定這個活動有它的可取之處。而創(chuàng)新則意味著它需要一種更好的方式去傳遞其精神。這就要我們廣開言路、集思廣益。用一種新的想法去詮釋舊問題。

以上就是我的一些簡單想法。說到這里，有些同學可能會說，“想法不錯，可是你一個小女生怎能擔當起這么大的重任。等困難擺在你面前時，你只有臨陣脫逃的份?！逼鋵?，這就像我們愛一個人，不管面對怎樣的困難，家庭阻撓也好，意外災禍也罷，都不能動搖你愛著他的那顆心，你會一如既往的做著和他有關的任何事。原因很簡單，因為你愛著他。我對青協(xié)亦是如此。我深深愛著青協(xié)，愛著青協(xié)像家一樣溫馨的氛圍。所以，不管多大困難擺在我面前，我都不會臨陣脫逃，況且，半途而廢，不是我的作風！
